Now the reason we put ice cream in quotes is that our taste testers said while yes, it is a frozen treat, it isn’t truly ice cream! Either way, it is perfectly refreshing and a delicious recovery option.
PB RECOVERY “ICE CREAM”
1 frozen banana, broken into pieces*
2 scoops Klean Athlete Isolate Natural Vanilla
1/4 cup water or milk
In a blender combine the frozen banana, protein powder, and water. If needed, add additional water to ease blending. Blend until creamy and smooth with an ice cream-like texture.
Tip: this works best with a high speed blender like Ninja or Vitamix.
