Step 1: Make your favorite smoothie

Tart Cherry Smoothie
Serves 1

1 cup 100% tart cherry juice
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or Icelandic yogurt
1 cup frozen sweet cherries
1 tablespoon Barleans omega swirl flax oil

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until icy and smooth.
